Werner plays and sings from a place that too few have the capacity to reach or comprehend. Werner Nieke can make a guitar sing like a soloist in a Baptist Choir on Sunday Morning. He moves effortlessly across musical boundaries finding influences in R&B, Jazz, Rock and Funk. Werner’s motto is as smooth as the man himself; Groove First!

Werner was born in Krumbach, Bavaria, Germany; but he is a citizen of the world. Werner Nieke has collaborated with artists from all walks of life, and is featured on Brian O’Neal’s song; “Dreams in Color”. While growing into his gifts Werner also took the time to pursue a degree in German Linguistics. It’s hard to keep a good man down, and it’s hard to keep a soul man from making good music. Werner Nieke is both, and the sky is far from the limit for him.
